Alyssa D. Honickman is the owner and operator of this boutique law firm that focuses on meeting her clients’ needs. Alyssa Honickman was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, and attended Florida schools for her education. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2002. She then continued her studies at Stetson College of Law and graduated with Honors in 2005. Mrs. Honickman earned a Trial Advocacy Certificate of Concentration from Stetson Law. She then obtained her Florida Bar License in 2005. Mrs. Honickman continued her love for advocacy by working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where she handled cases from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies punishable by life. Mrs. Honickman spent the last year of her career as a prosecutor working in the Domestic Violence Division. During her career as a prosecutor, she tried over 150 jury trials. Mrs. Honickman is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mrs. Honickman opened the Law Firm of Alyssa D. Honickman, P.A. in 2010. Her goal and passion for helping clients is rooted in her belief that every person deserves to be happy. Sometimes you need a little guidance in finding what your true happiness really means to you and how it can add a positive perspective to your daily life. Mrs. Honickman encourages her clients to see the forest through the trees and aims to find a new chapter for each client as they navigate through the family litigation process.
Mrs. Honickman is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Family Law Section, and participates in the annual and semi-annual conventions with the Florida Bar. The Law Firm donates to the American Heart Association, the March of Dimes, Saint Judge’s Children’s Hospital, and the Fraternal Order of Police. Mrs. Honickman is also the co-creator of the Confident Chaos Podcast.
Mrs. Honickman has been married for over ten years to her husband, Tony, and has two amazing daughters who keep her on her toes every single day. She also has two miniature pinschers who she dearly loves. Mrs. Honickman enjoys spending time with her family, boating, going to the beach, and watching her children smile every day.
Alexandra M. Noriega practices primarily marital and family law cases within the firm. She joined the firm in April 2024, and has previously worked for the Attorney General’s Office for the Department of Children and Families. She has experience dealing with high-conflict children’s issues and financial disputes. Mrs. Noriega was born and raised in South Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Finance. She then continued her studies at Florida State University College of Law and graduated in 2021. Mrs. Noriega obtained her Florida Bar License in 2021.
Mrs. Noriega is an active member of her community. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division, and the Broward County Women’s Lawyer’s Division.
Alexandra is married to her husband, Tyler. She loves spending time with her dog, Ace, cooking, traveling, and finding positivity in every situation.
